Shadowing Experiences

Local high school juniors and seniors can explore different health career options side by side with professionals in the field. Students share an area of interest and personalized career tracks are designed to allow the student to gain insight on what each health professional’s day to day work life includes. These opportunities allow students to begin to focus on the area of healthcare they have the most interest in without making a definite life decision yet. Some high schools call this experience Work-Based Learning.
